Opening adwords account after being banned (for a LEGIT product)
Hey guys,
I have a product sale offer which is totally legit. Now I would like to advertise it on adwords... but the thing is I have been banned since a few years ago.
The banned account is attached to my personal gmail account which I use daily, and I guess google is tracking my IP attached to that account.
- Now can I just open a new adwords account with a new CC and email and start advertising my product...? Or will they eventually connect the dots and see that my IP is connected to a banned account and shut down the new account, even when i'm not an affiliate and am advertising a legit product?

My sense is that if the situation is really as you describe it, your risk is lower than most. That said, pretty much all the major Internet players are getting incredibly sophisticated in fraud detection.
What was the ban for?
Call Adwords and ask them what the issue is first. It may well be something you can fix. They might not make it easy but it's worth shot.
Yes, call Adwords. They are usually willing to give you advice on how to fix whatever got you banned. As Wozz said, it may not be easy but it's worth a try.
I did call them multiple times back than.. The reason was because the page of the offer I pushed was against the rules and it needed to be changed before they could activate my account again. since this offer was not mine i could not change the page so...

well for first
1. Yes, Google tracks if your IP adress also uses some other banned adwords account before or currently
2. Yes, you need to create everything from ground (new system, new cc, new contact informations etc.)
3. I know exactly what you mean by "offer isn't mine, I can't change it" ... from my experience it's not worth in that case to discuss with adwords support team, they won't approve you back... So just let step 2 happen.

A new device or a new virtual pc or something like that?
Well a new device + everything new would be the best solution.
If you have some experience in technical stuff, create a new virtual machine, get some unique proxy with an ip adress from the area of your (brand new) company and get that things rolling
Keep in mind that it's better to prepare everything from the ground and not to skip some steps, it will be pain in the ass if you try to create a new acc and they disabled it cause u didn't care about a new cc or something like that.
As I said you need a complete new "identity":
Device, CC, Name, Adress, IP, New Site (Use fresh domain + webspace)
Than there shouldn't be any problem. 
if you want to be on the safe side, consider buy cheap laptop + using net stick
(virtual PC ip can be detected because you will suddenly surf from data center ips - I tried once to register hosting and they canceled my order because of using VPN)
Does entroypay vcc still work for adwords?
I have a personal account which I run for a totally legit service.
In the past (2008 I think) I was banned for direct linking to Clickbank products, but the account I have now runs fine and has been for over a year so as long as its legit there is a good chance you will be OK.
I also have another account which I set up separately to rent some properties again no ban hammer, just don't do anything shady and only promote that one legit product
Is Adwords cool w/ you promoting multiple offers within the same niche (if all compliant)?
Borrowed a laptop and i'm connected to the wifi of my neighbour. I made a new email that i just use for the adwords account and added a brand new company creditcard. I'm only using the laptop for adwords and so far so good
how did it go?
No entropay or any other cards that don't have address verification - or cannot be reloaded. But no address = guaranteed suspension
