Can anyone recommend some good websites/software that can be used to create all different landing pages and banner ad images?
I came across this website that seems good for landing pages: http://unbounce.com/ Does anyone have any experience with this site?

My personal recommendations are:
Landing pages: Adobe Muse.
Banner ads: Photoshop.
Unbounce is OK, but don't host your landing pages on their servers - they're slow, and that can really hurt your conversions.
