Exoclick - anyone sees strange behavior? (8)
Ok, so Im on exoclick with the bulk of my campaigns, last thursday I tried a flat buy and since that day the stats is looking crooked. I see way lower banner CTRs with them on pretty much all campaigns, not just the flat buy. I already canceled the flat buy since it was counting 1000s of banner impressions but not sending any clicks, obviously some bug was in their system and Im now waiting for a refund.
The problem is that almost all my campaigns now show lower CTR than I was used to. While it was not a problem to reach 0.20%, sometimes less, sometimes more, now I see like 0.08% or something like that. Im also selling them some traffic and the income went down also.
Anyone else seeing something similar with them? They told me everything should be back to normal now, they admitted the bug, but I dont think its workin properly.
I am having issues with them as well. Also their top bid tool for premium spots always shows 0.1 which is way off the actual top bid.. when i email them they say nothing is wrong which is them simply being ignorant

The top bid feature is not working for a pretty long time already, it looks like they did it on purpose.
My problems are something else tho, I think they bill me for impressions my ads dont receive...
I had a strage thing going on too. My campaign was stopped at about 9 pm becasue I ran out of funds and my balane was $-16.
I had a look at the stats two hours later and my balance was -$16. The next morning my balance jumped to $-497.93. I asked what was going on but they just said the system added some delayed impresisons. I looked at my campaigns and nothign has changed there (no additional impresisons added), only the balance on the dashboard went up.
Well, I am working with them for over two years and I never had my balance go up hours later...really strange.
@deedsmedia, it's strange I had it few days ago too - my balance went down to -$4, I stopped my campaigns (they stopped by themself too as there were no funds). 24 hours later when I login to see if my new funds come I was down -$35.
The response was same: there was a lot of traffic on your placement and our system is not updating in real time, it have some 15-20 minutes lag ... but that was 24 hours lag .. (yes it was placement with a lot of traffic, but not in my GEO so..)
Have to be careful though with EXO, it can eat up your money very very fast.

If you notice your CTR being very low all the sudden it is most likely that your stats are on a delay and you need to wait for their system to catch up.
