frankly I find that a bit surprising. from my experience, exoclick takes the support quite serious.

I believe for Barcelona, their office hours are 9am to 11pm. not sure about the dates though.
The 6th was a day off from them, maybe that's why.
Generally it takes couple hours for them to reply to email sent to support@exoclick.com
