1,000 Views Per Day To 0 On LI

I've had this happen a lot.

Before I explain, let me first clarify I am bidding on

domain.com
domain.co
domain.c
domain.
domain

So I can see if someone is bidding on a different variation of the URL to out bid me.

But... I've had targets from the top 500 in TV and port them to LI, run them for 4 days and get 1,000 views a day, then all the sudden like 3 a day. No idea why this happens and I can see all the variations of the target and I am not being outbid... any thoughts?

this same thing has happened to me before on LI the only way i found to fix it was to deactivate the campaign then reactivate it and my views would instantly start back up again

Actually tried that, still no traffic. Which is odd because this is a top 100 TV target as well.
