Ads4dough screwed up big time. what to do?

So I had a campaign runnin from ads4dough. It was in Brazil. The payout was 3.25 and I told my af manager to please check if the leads are good and all. So today after 2 weeks, I get an email saying that someone screwed up with putting the payout to 3.25 instead its supposed to be .25. I gave them around 5k in traffic! I dont know what to do about this any suggestions? This really screwed up my New Year. I was just about to scale it too.

I don't know the facts, but if it was their mistake, I think they would have an obligation to true you up and honor the payout.

I think I know what this is in regards to. Not sure how you heard we weren't going to pay it.

I authorized to have this covered on Friday as it was our mistake.

This is why you should only work with reputable affiliate networks (of which there are only a small number) ... They treat affiliates with respect. +1

hey smaxor, sorry about this thread there is a misunderstanding!!! my name is serge this is my forum account and i let my buddy that i work with use it sometimes, i resolved the issue yesterday i talked with lylah and michael and and they resolved the issue right away. They treated me with respect and had no problem with paying me the full balance. My buddy misunderstood something and assumed that they weren't gonna pay when i talked to him. Sorry about that!!

I think this thread should stay in place just to prove how reliable A4D is.

I always liked A4D. They've always gone way above and beyond with me - having multiple conference calls with several of their employees in diff. departments - each inputting their suggestions and ideas for ME, offering to go exclusive with certain things, helping implement API's with some of their offers so I can send leads directly, etc, etc. (obviously they make money when I do, but I haven't had ANY other traditional CPA network work with me like this - especially when I had not much real history with them). The only other networks that have worked with me like this are payday loan networks and I was sending them a ton of business.

A4D is probably the best network out there.

If you had problems with A4D, you'd be shit out of luck since none of the other networks are better. They're definitely in their own league of support and knowledge and trust worthiness.

If a4d doesnt make good for you then believe me, nobody will. A4D hands down the best network around, today , yesterday and always will be .

A4D is one of the best companies you will ever work with. Jason is the most stand up guy in this industry - PERIOD.

I don;t do much with A4D now but have in the past and they are great to work with!
