Looking for Web Designer or even a recommendation for one you have used in the past. Must have experience with designing offer pages and landers. Would also prefer someone with php/js experience but nothing too crazy, I'm not looking for web appliance developer.
Have no issue with the person being from any of the normal outsourcing countries as long as their english is decent.
