Best Offer Database? (OfferVault, AffPlus, etc?)

Hi,

Clearly, I only know 2 of these - which is the best site or resource for getting a complete listing of all offers on all networks (or as many as possible)?

Do any of them provide a data download option? - or would I have to copy/paste if I was planning on dropping the data into an Excel file?

Maybe there are niche sites dedicated to dating/adult/gaming offers?

There's been a discussion about this recently, and the upshot is that there's no complete resource for all offers on all networks right now, I'm afraid.
