benn runing mobile offer for couple weeks and -100%ROI

hello guys,
as title. been running for couple weeks and -100%
i am all directlinking the offer
my offer was on incrow and buzzcity, all got bad result.
like 4000 clicks and 0 conv.
i dont know what to do next

i started in mobile not too long ago and i feel your pain.

here's some advice that got me to profitability:

1. ask your AM for offers that do convert.
2. landing page. i know some people crush it just direct linking, but i've never been able to do so.
3. track everything. keep your winners and cut your losers fast.

all this is in this thread. (i'm sure you've already seen it though.)

Try just targeting a single busy site on incrowdads and making the banner "blend in yet stand out" what i mean is using similar colours so it doesnt look like a banner/advert yet stands out with a catchy CTA. For example on a site with tv series or movies, try a banner like "todays top movie!!" In big text or something. Remember if you don't give up you wont fail

I have offers do pretty bad all the time even though there at the top of X network. Sometimes its just not the offer for you, othertimes you need to try harder.

Try harder first, try a new angle, try mykeyfocus idea and target a single site and match your ad to it (ish), and if all that doesn't kick something up, then on to the next one!
