use 300x250 its standard almost everywhere, also 315x300 for some networks.
315x300 for most topright placements and some video placements, 300x250 for most others, but don't limit yourself to just these banner sizes they're generally the most competitive think outside the box for more money.
A good exploit for adult is running the larger footer placements, the 950x250's etc go where not everyone does to keep the profits up also the 160x600 skyscrapers can be great too
300x250 / 315x300s generally see the best traffic and profit in my experience
