Not sure if this should go in here but I would like to make a follow along thread about promoting offers on fan pages.
I will publish as many results as possible, but I need a little guidance.
Heres the deal. I have amassed over 3 million facebook fans on a few different pages. Over the past few years I have been using my fan pages to send traffic to meme sites for quite a nice little profit. In January this year I was banned from adsense while they cracked down on meme sites. Since then I have worked on creating much higher quality sites for adsense but have not been able to regain my profits to what they were.
I have since learnt a lot about PPV and now have a number of profitable campaigns running (nothing to quite my day job yet).
So one thing I have never been able to figure out is exactly how to further monetise my fan pages with CPA. If you guys can give me a few ideas I would be happy to show the results.
I'm VERY confident you can make a lot more money monetizing your fan pages with CPA offers rather than adsense.
2 questions:
1. Is Facebook lenient with posting CPA offers on fan pages?
2. Give us a demogrpahic or niche of 1 of your bigger fan pages and we'll start pitching you some ideas and offers!

Lets start with something that might be easy to monetise:
WTF Sex Facts: 685k fans
55% Women, 50% of all fans 18-24 years old.
I post strange and funny facts about sex, facebook eats it up like hot cakes. I have hundreds of unanswered sex related questions in the inbox, its ridiculous.
If one of you guys had this page, what is the first thing you would do with it?

1 of the best ideas that comes to mind would be video installer offers!
Mundomedia has some great ones and you could post sex related videos, would be easy to make a high converting landing page that says "error must install video codec to play <video name">. It will cover all your demo, and it converts VERY high!

Now these type of offers will have the URL banned on facebook quite quickly as users click the report button. Best way around that while testing is to create a tumbler blog that just has the install this to view landing page.

My Adsense account is safe, but after the latest algorithm updates I'm struggling to send traffic more than how to convert it.
I know a lot of people that were using CPA offers and after many people reporting the posts they lost all their fanpages. Some of them just lost 1-5 millions, while others lost more than 50 million fans.
So I like to play safe and TEST TEST TEST!

Great! Just as stackman has commented before, if it's a mastermind group for the same business/purpose, try to keep it small.
I haven't seen lots of people banking with fanpages here, but still a good reminder to make it work.

Do you get the fans purely from the content & posts ? (free)
Or do you build up the fan base with promoting the page through facebook? (paid)
im figuring its both but to get 000,000 fans are you spending that much money?

I find DL offers don't do that well (about 50% of my fan page traffic is mobile) - also those DL offers are seen as pretty sketchy in FB eyes and risk the page being banned...
For your WTF Sex facts page...what about a blog style site with sex tips and weird sex stuff, build an email list, then launch a product in the sex improvement niche? Dating?

Just promotion in other fanpages and virality.
What niches are you fan pages in? I would be interested to know.
@d4dirty - how did you go about buying pages? did you just send a message offering to purchase with a dollar amount?
With organic reach in the toilet there's probably a lot of page owners willing to sell cheaply.
I have a fanpage with 2.5k members of women 35+. Any thoughts on how I can monetise it?

I would suggest trying a post and/or newsfeed ads to your fans only with a typical relationship meme or whatever else you do, then have the copy read something along the lines of
"SHARE this post if you agree hot sex is fun!
READ THIS EBOOK if you have an (s)ex you want to get back together with --> (Clickbank product such as 'how to get your ex back' or 'catch him and keep him' or whatever your audience likes)"
Creating clear calls-to-action in you post is the most effective way I've found to build my fanpages, especially when you get them sharing your posts all over the place, and even moreso when you have your affiliate links in there!
I'm still a beginner in the Facebook game..
I got a fanpage in the women niche with 10k likes... made a website for it.. giving them what they want... i make xxxx a month with this. (just adsense, those women are clicking like cray)
Content = king in this game i think.

you'll see the strategy this guy is using to crush cpa offers.
since organic reach is super low, i've noticed he's switched to boosting some of his posts. I assume he's testing paid advertising to see how well he converts his cpa offer.
