I have some adult ads that need be translated from English to another language. Will people at Fiverr and OneHourTranslation translate the ads? I mean they may not feel comfortable translating cocks and dicks into their language. Plus, I don't know adult terms will sound natural in their language. Have you ever used their service for adult ads? How did the ads perform?
Onehour is the best for this. Do it all the time. It was awkward the first time to get them to translate adult stuff, but now I don't care lol

Yeah when i was hiring graphic/banner designers for adult, I always just prefaced with it that it's of adult nature and may be offending. The ppl that will respond will then know what they are getting into.

I don't believe there is. However, if you find a particular translator who does a good job, you can ask for him or her directly in future.
