I'm new to the forum. But not new to making money online. I have a dating product which I'm selling on
adult traffic and it's actually converting well. It's international traffic so it's converting very well for me.
I've decided to test the offer on adult traffic and it's converting awesomely.
So I'm at $300/day of pure profit. Increased daily budget and still not getting much more impressions,
maybe it's the time of the year. I'm doing this on December.
I did increase the CPM bid higher... it was $0.05 and I got to $0.1 and it did got me more impressions
but it was a horrible day with conversion.
If any of you guys have tips about how you guys scale. It could be that this country doesn't have
much more traffic than what I'm getting right now.

you can easily spend 300/hour on these sources, or make that much. Depends on a country though but make sure you're getting all you can from these. Add/test more banners, frequency caps, it can add much more to what you're getting already. Or take it away.. Gotta find your sweet spot
Some countries you would be lucky to spend $300 a week. It all depends. But if you have the budget, I would contact the sites/placements that are working and see if you can get a direct buy deal.. You might get more traffic, but almost certainly would be cheaper traffic, increasing your profits.
I increased my campaign to different sites now.
Also planning on getting new sizes of banners for each site and seeing how it goes.
Upping your bid doesn't necessarily mean you will get more impressions from the sites that are converting - when you up your bid and you're just targeting by country, it usually means that you will be served impressions from other placements now too. That will be why your CR was lower.
If you know which sites are converting, definitely hit them up directly and see what you can do. Know your stats though, they will usually ask either CPM or flat buys, so depending on what they quote you you have to know your metrics... namely your eCPA and eCPC, otherwise you'll get burnt.
Other things you could try is taming down your offer and taking to mainstream networks and seeing how it performs there. Also doing a mobile optimized landing page. Use gs.statcounter.com to see how many people are actually using mobile devices vs web in your country. If it is a country where feature phones are prevelant, well since you own the offer, a really basic one field submit can work.
Another traffic type that you could try are Pops.
Just throwing out random ideas bud that may or may not fit you, but basically you just gotta start getting creative if you want to win.
