CPV Lab Conversions numbers are way off please help

Hey guys,

Hopefully someone can help me out here. Seems like the network doesn't fire postback urls for all my conversions, for example network is showing 100 conversions but cpv lab 75, it's alil frustrating. I got my urls setup correctly, all the subids are passed too. Anyone can lead me in the right direction on how to fix this? Thanks!

What's about time zones, are they the same?

Can you export the converting subids from the network and upload them into CPVLab under "Stats" -> "Update Stats with Converting SubIds"? It's a hack of a solution, but it should fix your stats.

To solve the problem you need to find where the data is getting lost. Is the network failing to postback all your conversions to CPVLab? ... or is CPVLab intermittently failing to record postbacks?

You can check your webserver logs for postback requests to see if the network is sending a postback for every conversion.

CPVlab missed tons of conversions. Back when I used to use it, it would miss several thousand dollars worth of conversions every day. My data was seriously skewed. I've been using Voluum for several months now and it's many times better in every way. I'll never go back to CPVLab...

Welcome to CPV Lab my friend...many times even with MANUAL pixel upload, it won't show up on the campaign. It sucks but there is nothing to replace it with so...

I do not understand, why so many tells it is good tracker, when it lacks in such simple thing like tracking conversions ???

I dont' use CPVLab much but postbacks are one of the easiest things in terms of code.

Even P202 that is free and way older has postbacks working 100%.

Wow...just created my first campaign in Voluum..... wow... it's like CPV labs is Windows 95 vs. Windows 7. Much faster, cleaner, simpler... loving it so far, just hope it TRACKS lol
