The Juicy Ads dashboard is running really slow for me and times out randomly. Also, I can't seem to upload new animated gif banners to current campaigns. And these banners have the right resolution, file size, and the zones accepted animated gifs. The uploads just time out.
I can only select old gifs or upload new static banners.
I've talked to the Live Chat support and submitted a ticket as well. Still haven't received a response.
There has been a problem with JuicyAds since Tuesday night. I couldn't upload any banners to the site. I've talked to one of customer reps and confirmed there was a problem. I was able to upload a banner last night though.

Before I chatted with a customer rep at JuicyAds, I thought I had the problem on my end. I've tried different browsers, OS and internet connections. I ended up wasting 2-3 hours figuring out the problems and tried to upload the banner over and over again lol.
lmao I know that feel. I pretty much went through the same shit.
So I managed to get my new ads uploaded. Things seem to be fine...at least for now...
Juicy has some good traffic but godamn their interface is hell.
Loading stats takes ages. Often there's errors and "maintenance" not letting you load more than 1 month worth of stats.
Haven't noticed anything special as of late though, although i haven't changed my campaigns other than changing bids/removing ads/increasing budget lately.
A lot of these companies have a lot of money to upgrade, let alone innovate, but they just choose not to.
