I am new to adult marketing. How do I setup my first campaign with Crak Revenue.
I mean A - Z from getting the affiliate link, placing the postback url to setup campaign with CPV Lab & Traffic Junky.

Ask your AM about this if you cant find.

You have to place your cpvlab pixel under testing & tracking tab if your cpa network's platform is cake otherwise ask your AM about this too.
See the CPVLab link in my signature: it should give you most of what you need, and links to guides to getting your offer URL and setting your Postbacks up.
CrackRevenue is a bit different than a typical CPA network using CAKE though. Prob why he's a bit confused. I don't see any place to put any pixel or postback. You'll have to contact them.
Ah, right - apologies, I'm not familiar with them.
I'd recommend contacting them, as Larceny says. They should be able to help you out with their end of things as far as postbacks, offer URLs etc go.
