Started my campaign, and I am increasing my bidding to like $0.7 and still get no traffic for several hours.
I opened the outbid report and there werenot any outbids. I know the site gets good traffic and quite a few competitors are bidding on it.
Is there anything that I am missing here?
Hmm I can't think of any obvious solutions mate, gotta ask your rep there.
Also , can you try spying what ads pop when you open that target?
$0.7 is crazy high and you should be getting traffic if they have it.

I'd guess someone bidding on a shorter variation. There have been a couple of reports of these problems on LI recently - definitely worth asking your rep about.
