I wanted to get this out,
Litespeed had an API license issue and has caused an unknown number of license to be marked as expired then re-activated. We are seeing this causing problems with Litespeed suspending or reverting to apache unexpectedly and without notification. (web server unavailable)
We have requested a repoll on our side to test all active license with the Litespeed API server. This should correct any license issues out there.
What this means for you:
If you pay for Litespeed check that your license is active and renew the license in the litespeed plugin of your whm. If you have Litespeed with us you can also check this by viewing the addon status in your client area of our website.
Please contact our support immediately if you do not see your litespeed status as active.

Update:
We are taking advantage of our new monitoring system to check all customer servers that should have LS to ensure that they are actually running LS. We can do this by looking at the web server headers.
If we detect any servers that should have LS but are not running it, we will contact you and work to resolve the issue.
At this point we are taking control of the situation to reduce any further impact. For our customers.
At this point BH users can rest easy. If your with another provider or manage your own LS license we recommend you check into it.
