Hey all, I know this forum can't provide legal advice and it's all just opinions. But that's what I am looking for. I saw the idea for a flog and put a good chunk of time into making one now I'm realizing if I can even use it or not , so I want to know if I could get some opinions on it. Ask me for any details that could help shape your opinions further ... I have read pretty much every flog related post on the forum and other forums to get an idea of where the climate is at and would like to know where I stand.
here are the details
have a flog - will be directing traffic to it via email/ppc/seo and any other possible way
located in canada will be targeting everywhere (including USA) , flog is privately hosted off shore with a no dmca reply host.
review 3 products on it with a detailed write up that is personal on a proprietary domain EG. thisisthenameofaconsumerreviewsite.com/myniche-review is where the flog is hosted but ... when you go to thisisthenameofaconsumerreviewsite.com it contains over 40-50 reviews of other products and looks like a legit blog.
clearly one product is favoured on the flog

terms and conditions/privacy policy and full disclosure at the bottom
the link to the money site contains no affiliate information it is just a straight up link, since I am not an affiliate of the product, its mine
does contain a video from a well known doctor but just says, as seen on popular tv programs etc etc (thinking of taking htat down)
does have a header with a as seen and heard on .... (full discloser at the bottom there is no affiliate) ( thinking of taking that down)
has a contact us page with full email address and mailing address
has a bunch of information and write up but all roads ultimatly lead to one product and one check out page.
anyways. just curious of any opinions. I built this thing all the way up before I realized the shakey ground some flogs are on with the FTC. Luckily i built it modeling after one that seems to have its due diligence very much in check but not sure If I should proceed.
I know this isn't the nature of the forum, but I'm here so I might as well ask, from searching all the flog posts and history, there are some great minds around!
