remnant traffic - what's your catchall for obscure countries
I'm doing a lot of adult media buys. (Dating offers)
On average 80% of the traffic is handled by geo redirects, then country specific landers/offers.
But there's still 18-20% (sometimes less) of leftover traffic. Often they are really obscure countries - a few I didn't know existed till recently ha! 
What's everyone using for a "catchall"?
My AM's have worked hard looking for offers, but these countries don't seem to have anything. (I'm a member of all the serious AM networks).
These dudes couldn't afford some info product either...CB out of the question for the most part.
The ads are pretty "saucy" so people clicking regardless if they can read the language I guess...
what's a suggestion? doesn't have to pay much...a wooden nickel is better than nothing lol
