I'm interested in media buy, i have spent out about $200 in sitescout with one dating offers, set up about 10 campaigns with about 100 cretives,and get 150 clicks, my CTR very low 0.02%~0.06%. but the more worse i get 0 conversion from this offer. (PS: i have run this offer on FB about 4 month, CR very stalbe, about 5%), i don't why can't get any conversion. Before i start run this, i have checked other advertiser' ad placement on Whatrunswhere .
Yes, i have saw some good CTR banner, but only 0.2%. Does my sample too little and need more data.?
Do i need more budget or some others? change a new offers?.....

.02 ctr sounds like either below the fold / horrible placement, or the wrong offer / ad for that site's demographic. My guess is below the fold / remnant inventory and not really getting seen by anyone at least not in a prominent placement
Yes , make sure you buy on good placements ( above the fold ).
That will increase your CTR and automatically lower your CPC.
Also , I would split test more banners in order to find a winner.
