^^ You can get a lot of business done and partying even if you are under age.

Most business happens outside the conference, through meetings, lunches, dinners, drinks.

Also a lot of the parties are in suites, you don't need I.D for that .

I overstayed my visa 7 years. That's 10 years ban. I was reading about some waiver application, but very little/none chance to get visa again.

If anybody knows a hole in the fence somewhere, im all ears

I think if you overstayed in the US you can't get a VISA ever again, although the law says you can get one after 10 years. Sorry bro. You can still cross the Canadian border safely. That's how my Polish roommate came to the States and has been staying more than 12 years lol.

Not worth the hassle just wait a couple of more years, BK meetup is coming up soon
If they catch you in again you are looking at the possibility of never being allowed back no matter what, not to mention how long you will be stuck in pre-trial confinement until deportation.

The thing is, they didnt catch me, i just bought plane ticket and went home. I had no idea about 10 year ban, i though it cant be more than 4-5 years.

There could have been ways for you to get a green card if you tried since you came here with a VISA. Well, I guess there's no point of regretting now.
