I am doing CPA marketing from last 3 months, and focusing on Facebook with dating offer.
I have seen many times Facebook approves my ads and some time if I create a new ad with same offer they disapprove saying "Your ad wasn't approved because it violates Facebook's Ad Guidelines by promoting a dating service with a sexual emphasis."
I ask my affiliate manager is that particular offer is of casual dating, but most of the time they are not sure.
In this situation what should I do? How can I know an offer is safe for Facebook or not?

Check the offer on https://search.mywot.com/ . If it's RED, Facebook won't allow it. If it's ORANGE, they probably won't allow it. GREEN offers are usually safe, at least for now.
