CTR - Am i missing something?

Hi all,

I have a campaign on FB that has 13 clicks over 2,928 impressions.

I thought CTR = (Clicks/Impressions) x 100.

By this calculation, my ctr should be 0.44% but on Facebook it calculates it as 0.054%, am I missing something?

reach =/= impressions

reach is the number of unique people who received impressions of a page post
