How to Get Mass Demographic Keywords?

Want to find keywords that a certain demographic searches for, for example:

Men age 35-45, what things are they searching for?

Where can you find this?

I want to build a big keyword list of 1000's or 10000's of terms

Unfortunately most of the ways I know to do this work the other way around. Alexa, Quantcast, even POF's demographic search will all tell you the demographics for a particular search term, but not what search terms are popular for a particular demographic.

There are offline reports, but they're frequently pretty pricey.

I guess you could start by building a huge list of potential interest terms then hiring a VA to plug each one of them into a bunch of demographics tools. I suspect once you'd done this the database might be saleable, too...

Can't believe there's not a better tool for this. Anyone?

not sure if there is an all in one keyword tool for specific demographics, but you can try going to sites like quantcast.com to retrieve sites related to your target market

Then you can plug those sites into a keyword tool like Google:
https://adwords.google.com/keywordtool

Not sure that exists in relation to a keyword tool.

As Caurmen mentioned there are organisations who mine for those kinds of things like;

Mintel or jwtintelligence

From my understanding however you have to know the specific industry you want and those reports are not cheap.

Hope that helps
