I am looking to get started in the dating niche I need some advice should I go with adult dating or just dating

what traffic source should I start of with pof , facebook or traffic junkie
also what are some good networks for dating adult dating ?

1) depends on your preference, both are great but some people who have kids are uncomfortable with adult creatives and landers
2) All 3 of those traffic sources are great. Pick one and you'll do great
3) F5, Adsmillis and Mundomedia and F5... Did I mention F5
If you've never run any of them, i suggest choosing 1 and sticking with it.
POF & Adult may be a bit easier then Facebook to tackle. Go with your gut, whichever draws you to it more. POF is definitely easier to grasp if you're new to the game.

@seowork12 - There's far more potential to scale in adult or FB than POF, but there's enough space on POF to make $xxx a day comfortably, and more if you hit something really good.
However, I'd recommend going for the source that you can see SOME profits on first, and then attempting to move to harder sources, rather than jumping straight in at the deep end!
