what does "NO PPV/CPV" mean?
Allowed Methods: Social PPC, Banner Display, Contextual
Not Allowed: NO Incent, NO Classified Ads, NO Twitter, NO SMS, NO Search PPC, LIMITED Facebook Promotion, NO E-mail Lists, NO PPV/CPV

This is fine. POF would be considered display or social.
No PPV / CPV means they don't want pop traffic.
Yep , PPV / CPV means basically no pops / redirects.
To be 100% sure I would always ask my AM though.
