whats up guys whats working now a days seems like i cannot not make any money with IM any more I have tried many things but nothing is working for me anymore what are some sure ways I can make money online I have made allot of money in the past but I can not seem to make anything work any more seems like making money online is way harder then it used to be nothing seems to be working im getting so stressed out are any of you guys making money anymore thanks looking forward to your reply
It definitely is getting harder, but if you made a lot of money in the past, hopefully you saved a lot so you shouldn't be too stressed. There's a thread with an almost identical name to this floating around somewhere in the forum created by one of the mods with some interesting discussion. The margins are definitely lower than they used to be, there's fewer new verticals, more restrictive compliance terms / more crowded traffic sources, more affiliates copy pasting off of each other. Definitely lots of people going back to 9-5s. The go to niche, "adult" has slimmer roi than before due to more competition, both affiliate, advertiser, and traffic source. The mobile scams, er sweepstakes have left a lot of countries but you can still scam people in intl geo's if you're quick before (if ever) those countries regulatory agencies step up their game. There's really very few legitimate offers that you can competitively run as people pushing the shadier ones make more money and can outbid you. Such is life.
That being said, some affiliates are having their biggest years ever. A lot of the big earners are people who own forums, subscription based products, etc. Might be time to try something different from what you've been doing as what worked a year or two ago doesn't really cut it anymore.
Dating, Gaming, Mobile, Adult Dating are my recommendations for newbies.
I don't like to focus on if it's harder or not than before, because it doesn't matter. Even though there's more competition and regulation than before, there's also more verticals available, more tools, and more traffic sources.
There's always opportunity. I made a blog post 2 weeks ago on adult dating and someone messaged me they're now doing $400 a day profit. There is still money out there, you just need to step it up.
It really has tightened up over this year, a lot of the easier ways of making money have been completely exploited. But this is not to say you can't make money.
I work with a tonne of affiliates, new ones every single week and heaps of them are making amazing progress. You just really need to step back and treat it like a business, if you're doing productive work you will make money but its impossible to (well I won't say impossible but Extremely hard) to just half and copy-cat profits now, its just been edged out as a viable way of profit.
Pick one of the above sources, but go a different way from the herd. Personally I've moved away from self serve adult and I run direct buys, its important to just keep on pushing that one step away from everyone and cutting as much of the middle man as possible, in my case its the traffic source.
You've done it in the past man, you can DEFINITELY do it again. I know I've said this 100x or more on this forum, but its the truth. I'm unsure of your circumstances, but I can attest there are a few dudes on this forum who I will not mention who have been successful in the past, fell in a gigantic slump, one was $xxx,xxx in debt... and they managed to work their way out and are KILLING it again.

thanks for all the replys fellas I think im going to try dating ,gaming or mobile just need to know what niche usually makes more money and what is the easiest nich to get working
P.S when you guys say mobile what do you mean mobile sorry if that sounds like a newb question just new to this whole area not IM

You may have heard it before, but different niches are easier for some then others. Overall Dr. Ngo was pretty spot on, those are easier niches to get into and hit a profit, but theres also more competition and shorter campaigns.
Mobile = Offers formatted for mobile phones purchased on mobile traffic. Mobile traffic sources like inmobi.com, jumptap.com etc.. Check the mobile section
