TJ: No updated data is available. Please refresh.

I keep getting this message on all my placements on TJ.. does anyone know how to get around it? Even waiting some time and refreshing doesn't seem to do anything

You are not the only one. Probably it will be fixed soon.
I think they are not working weekends.

Yep that tends to happen quite a lot.
Generally they get this stuff fixed pretty soon.

There are also other glitches going on. For example, I've been bidding double the top CPM in a GEO for the past 48 hours with a 20k spend and the TJ bid data shows me in the bottom slot for traffic.

Yeah, my bids are not showing up whatsoever. So I do not even know what percentage of traffic I'm getting, what bid rank I am, etc. When I increase or decrease my bids, they still do not show up..even hours later. This is crazy.
I'm curious, how is everyone else dealing with it?

Same here, I don't know where I stand. I think the data they are showing today is from friday actually.

I've never tried, but I guess it wouldn't hurt if you can prove the error caused you to over spend

Same for me too - for one specific country, at others it show me okay. (are we bidding all on the same one?
)
BTW now it's working again for me.

I get that at the opening of each hour for about 5 minutes, then its pretty back to normal. Except it takes a little bit longer when the new day roles over, nothing too crazy just something I've learned to get used too

Yeah, they actually update the front-end through this weekend though. And it sucks a bit as after your session timeout, you have to go back to homepage page. Then click sign-in. Then go from dashboard to your campaign ... They should at least redirect you after your login session timeout to log-in form instead of displaying useless blank page. Focus a bit on UX. But they mention they are working on new backend as well, so hopefully these things will be sorted out soon.
