how to scale

Hey,
i got a Poland offer with good Roi---140%,but i can't get so much Poland traffic.
You know Poland is a small country，how can we scale if you are running a profitable Poland offer.
now i am getting traffic from Bz,AP but not so much traffic.
how can i get more than 50K Poland android clicks per day?
Need some advice.

How about some background on what you've already done to try and scale. Have you looked at other sources?

Exactly!

Hit up as many ad networks as you can and ask them to give you a breakdown of volume by geo.

Once you have it done for a lot of networks you can use that data for every new campaign you launch.

What are you bidding? I just checked bid request amounts from 2 of the top mobile exchanges and they are sending out about 7 million Poland android requests a day with an average clearing price of about 50 cents. One thing is that not all networks keep all countries volume turned all the way at all times so it's worth reaching out and asking if they can increase the volume for specific countries. It also looks like the bulk of the impressions come through from 3am-5pm est when the avg clearing price spikes up to 60+cents.

There's no Polish secrets, you need to hustle. There's got to be 100+ big mobile ad networks. Reach out to everyone and scale yourself big!
