Sweepstakes compliance need urgent help? kills my CVR

Hi guys i really need help here.I am runing intl pin submit sweepstakes offer with pops. I got some pretty nice roi and was just geting ready to scale hard.
So i checked with my AM and The advertiser asked what lp i was using.I was Told that i cant say that the user has won a prize.I should say on my lp "have a chance to win". And if i dont run compliant and the advertiser caught me i will be in trouble. So i had to re-edit my LP and make it less aggressive. The "uncompliant?" LP says on couple of places "you are a winner" "you won" and also has "you have a chance to win" mixed in it. The call to action button says "Register for your chance to win"

Now i edited my lp and made it saying everywhere "you have a chance to win" "you could win" etc. and the results arent very good..

So as you can see the Conversion rate dropped significantly..As well as the LP ctr.. Now i have to figure out a way to improve it..Any suggestions to get back to the old high Conversion rate zone?
I guess i will be working on an old survey style lp which had 1.5-2% CTR but low CR and will try to increase the CR somehow.
Or i should risk it all and start runing my current lp with high ROI which i am not sure that is compliant and scale massively?

Here is my wining lp copy , is it compliant ?? And if not how i can make it compliant without sacrificing my roi and conversion rate?

No use of the word “Free” or implying the user “has” won. It has to be stated that the user can win or a chance to win or some variation in the ad copy

This is pretty basic stuff...

If you lie to people they get something and they don't those are different offers.

So expecting to convert as well saying you get a million dollars and may have won or can enter to win is a NIGHT and DAY difference.

Start over!

@Jason, Thanks for the response, but please tell me more because i am not sure that i understood exactly what you mean.

To start over, I have just builded 2 brand new lp-s from the ground up without telling the user that he won something, i will see how they perform.Worked 16h on them to make sure they are both with great copy and without misleading the users.
My concerns are:can i be having the same amazing roi as with my old lander ( i had 1 lead for every 10 clicks). How about if i run 100% clear lander without even a hint of "shadyness".
My goal is to build sustainable campaign, for both me and the advertiser. But if everybody else is running "instant winner" landers can i be competitive and make it work?
Should i be trying to find a balance between instant win and a chance to win, so i am both converting good while not misleading the users in any way?
But even now with the shady copy, is it really that bad ? Cant i just tell them the terms of the offer at the bottom of my landing page or something ?

There are a lot of different pin submit offers available, which network are you running it with? Some are more lenient than others and I have ran similiar offers with no problem so feel free to pm me if you want to share some more info.

If you want to know if you text is compliant you should submit it to your network. The Advertiser will eventually find out what you are doing because they get complaints from customers who claimed they won. LPs like this can cost advertisers in the 6 figures range if the get caught with this stuff (penalties, refunds, lost databases etc.)

Well i already sent my latest lp to the advertiser and its approved to run, it performs very good so this is no longer an issue.I was afraid at first that the advertiser might start run my lander himslef but looks like he is just overly cautious because of recent problems with unclompliant publishers.Thnak you for your imput.
