Today the 2 offers which I'm running at an increased payout are converting at the standard payout.

This is the first time i've seen this problem with NB in 2 years, and my AM is on vacation until Nov. 18th (just a coincidence i guess..) so i can't get a quick answer from them.
You should have a contact in your interface for Network manager.
I have had issues when AM was away, and they will handle it for you. So hit up network manager right away.
Same thing is happening to me on Neverblue. I am contacting my AM. I'll let you know what I discover.
This has happened heaps of times to me, advertisers bump me, works well for a day then boom the scrub? goes on and it converts as if it wasn't bumped at all.
