Mobile IP pools (6)
Hi everyone, can anyone tell me if there any place where I could find IP pools of world's mobile carriers? Thanks a lot in advance

If you need to detect carriers just use the ISP database from Maxmind.
But you need the ips that are used for carrier/mobile.. or you're detecting wifi also.
It's very difficult to get a good up to date pool of ips used for mobile connections. If you find one pm me.. id love one!
he probably wants to target IP ranges from the advertiser for a specific carrier....
To use ISP database from Maxmind I need to know which name all carriers have, it's very difficult to collect such data cause one carrier could be named other name in database, already checked it
No wifi, only mobile needed.
Hard task, just as I thought 
I had the same issue for a tracker/redirect I built.. only way for me was to pass traffic through and edit the carrier names and try discover which is wifi and mobile in each geo..
You'll find that each ISP/ORG has several variations on their name listed too.. but from user agents you will soon see which is mobile etc..
luckily I mainly concentrate on 3 geos, so haven;t had to do too much..
