Hey guys how do you optimize your lps and find winners?
My testing process is Macro to micro e.g ANGLE > LAYOUT > DIFFERENT TRANSLATIONS (i run intl offers) > COPY > LP ELEMENTS. But i am thinking i that i am doing it wrong.
While testing different angles what i find is i either get Relitively High CR LP with very low CTR or High CTR LP with low Conversion rate.
And can't seem to find a winner which gives me good enough roi. I have already tested around 18 lps lots of angles and lots of layouts. I have done just ANGLE and LAYOUT testing and i am confused.
What should i test now, i found an Angle with a lp that doubles the CTR of my baseline landing page but also has a lot less CR. If i make that lp convert like my baseline or better i will be having great ROI. But how to do that ?
Should i continue to test angles and layouts or now when i know that i have angle and couple lps with very good ctr i should focus on improving the lps and make them convert.

But it doesnt look right.SO guys give me some suggestions what is the biggest factor that improves your LP Conversion rates?
I am thinking ANGLE > COPY+CVR tactics (scarcity,timers,pops,exitpops,social proof etc) > LAYOUT > DIFFERENT TRANSLATION STYLES WORDING/SLANG etc > LP ELEMENTS
Oh and banners and ads aren't currently a factor because i am buying pop under traffic, so users go directly on my lp.
Are you split testing different offers/networks too ? Or is it an exclusive offer that you can run just at one network ?
Yes 1 network 1 offer, and No other offers available on other places.
I'd recommend prioritising your COPY stage much higher - that's one of the major things that will have an effect on your conversion rate. Look at headline -> body -> CTA -> offer text flow in particular. I find that mirroring phrases from the offer often works.
Also, you mention LAYOUT, but not testing LP image. LP images will have a huge effect - are you considering them part of layout?
Well Cauerman your advice about testing different offers too was amazing.I thought about it but never did it before because my AM told me that my offer is the best.Well i tested different offer
and went from 20% ROI to 230% ROI on low-mid $XXX So thanks.
But another issue poped up, the advertiser asked what lp i was using and since i am promoting sweepstakes pin submit offer. Told me that i cant say that the user has won a prize.I should say "have a chance to win". And if i dont run compliant and the advertiser gets another audit they and me will be in trouble.So i had to re-edit my LP and make it less aggressive. The uncompliant LP
says on couple of places "you are a winner" "you won" and also has "you have a chance to win" mixed in it.
Now i made it compliant saying everywhere "you have a chance to win" "you could win" etc. and the results arent very good..

So as you can see the Conversion rate dropped significantly..As well as the LP ctr.. Now i have to figure out a way to improve it..Any suggestions to get back to the 200% ROI zone
I guess i will be working on my old survey style lp which had 1.5-2% CTR but low CR and will try to increase the CR somehow.
Or i should risk it all and start runing uncompliant with 230% ROI and scale massively? I think i can easily hit $1k+ per day if i scale wilth the uncompliant LP but i am not really sure if it is the smart thing to do.
