I know there are many big email maketers, and Facebook is more strict now, just i lost one facebook ads account. I am thinking the other way to work for facebook, more safer and longer to do. I think the collect email list is better, anyone can give me some advice? Thank you very much!

FB forbids the obvious collection of details in order to claim an offer or receive a reward of some sort. Some big brands do get a pass though (I read an article online about this very topic... data collection and FB's double standards)... but it's risky for your account even if you set it up as nicely as possible.
Better to cloak or work your way around it - such as presenting them with an App authorisation box and accept the signup rate (20-25% maybe, you need to play around with your body copy a bit) - you then can get their email, interests, FB User ID (so you can display their pic on your landing page using Graph API) and more (you simply need to ask for it).

seems like it extracts id's and emails from groups and/or pages?
