I raised the cpc from .05 to.12 cents to get more impressions.
How do I get more traffic.
Also the leads happen the first hour on the first day
and i has been dead since then.

Yep, we'll need a few more details about the campaign to be able to diagnose what's going wrong here.
What's your traffic source and targeting, as far as country, age, interests etc go?
It could be that your bidding's too low, could be that there's limited volume on your targets, or could be something else.
