facebook power editor problem (7)
i'm having problems with facebook's power editor. i can't seem to download any of my ads. (see attached picture. there's a red x by "ads".)
tried clearing my browser cache and also multiple computers.
searched around the forums and the internet and didn't see any solutions.
anybody else run into this problem before?
which browsers? you can try other browsers.
Power Editor only works on Chrome.
Facebook's ad interface periodically goes funny in various ways - I'd try again a day or so later and see if it's magically fixed itself.
welp. tried this morning and it worked fine. i didn't change or do anything differently.

It did that because you tried to download on old sessions. Goto facebook.com/ads/manage/ then click power editor before you download.
