Do advertisers want to see an LP rather than have publishers do PPC?
If they need to see an LP, what type works well for them?
Review type?
Get them the LP you're running. It's no sense showing them a perfectly clean, legit LP saying it's a paid service and for 30+ only while in reality, you advertise with free membership and 18-25s being in high demand 
Hopefully they are not an advertiser that will rip your own LP. If your quality is good they shouldn't have a problem with your LP. If they do, then I'm sure they can give you tips on how to keep up your CR whilst still being compliant.
I don't think the type of LP matters - rules, review etc. They're more interested in the claims you make (and sometimes the pictures you use).
Learn to bend your sales copy from obvious scandalous lies in to suggestive 'ideas'.
You want to plant an idea in the user's head with sales copy that triggers his imagination. Not by using false claims that the merchant isn't able to back up.
