What sort of app are you looking for development on? You'll need a different developer if you're looking to do a game compared to a simple biz app, for example.

I'd recommend not going to Odesk or anything similar, but it completely will depend on the type/quality of app your looking to make.

I'm looking for a basic schedule/timer app, my friend has the source code for something similar, so he's just going to change it around to fit my needs
