Hi, I don't konw why my banners just keep 2-3 days for 0.1%+ CTR, then drop rapidly.
My targets people is 300K, but in actual operation, It is about 184k.
Freq: 2-3
My ad banners are spy through tool, i think if it is a reason.

Is that a drop after the first 2-3 days? If so, that's normal: banners tend to drop CTR after the first couple of days, as they're no longer shiny and new.
You took your ads from a spy tool, what do you expect? Everyone in your demographic has probably seen the ad already and won't click on yours. Create your own ads and they'll last longer next time.
