If James Bond wanted to run ads on FB, he'd be facing what I am now. Help please!

Back story: I have an intern from Denmark working for me over here but he will return home soon. I've been training him on POF, and now that he's got that down I want to get him onto FB, using his own account, but I need advice to avoid a ban. It's a great account with an unlimited spending threshold, despite the fact that he has never advertised on it (What the hell?). I plan on setting him up with a VPS here in Los Angeles, so I can use my own Shopsafe to fund the account.

Issues:

1. He has two FB accounts, an old account that was banned and then reinstated, and a newer one. He only really uses the newer one, but they have both been accessed from the same IP addresses on multiple occasions in the recent past.
Assuming he just never uses the old one again, might the new account be ok?

2. The newer account uses a fake last name. Issue there?

I would like to thank in advance anyone who can help me out with these rather complex issues.

Hi,

All new accounts have the unlimited spending threshold. When you start using it, it will be set to $50 daily spend limit.

I suppose a fake last name could be an issue when you add a funding source. I'm not sure though.

I don't have a "daily spend limit" and neither does he. We have billing thresholds but no lmiit. Here is mine:

Here is his:

Is there any difference between ours?

I'm pretty sure the unlimited spending limit is default for virgin accounts but I'm not 100% sure.

No no no - I think it says unlimited until you actually start running things then it sets a normal limit.
