0.01 CPCs but not profitable? Offer ideas?

Hey Guys,

I've set up a campaign that's diet in Latin America. The ads are getting .01 CPCs and lower (.009)
but I can't find any legit offers that are diet in Latin America.

I've tried clickbank, and after 1500 clicks to the offer, 80 order form impressions, but, no conversions.

Looking for ideas, CPL offers, or anything of that sort.

EDIT: Landing page is getting a 35% CTR (minimal testing).

Check for some green coffee offer or anything with free trial.

Yeah, I found one for CO but that's not where most of the traffic is coming from and it's not CPL though I will give it a try.

Legit is also something I'm leaning towards as I'm looking to keep the account.
