How would you monetize 1.5 million Facebook fans? (10)
A few years ago I promoted a popular niche at the time. I made fan pages devoted to the niche so that I could continue to sell more than the main offer that got them there. Common practice, really.
After losing a page with 250k fans on it, I realized that the best route to go was to get a page to around 70-90k fans and ship it off to a different account. I'd then create another page and do it all over. I did this about 18 times to help minimize risk of losing so many fans at once.
So, January of 2012 rolls around and the offer that drove them to the page is pretty irrelevant, especially considering that I had pretty much obtained most of the available audience. I ended up having a problem with my payment method (I don't remember the details but I was actually playing by the rules. You know how FB is sometimes.) and lost my ability to run ads for the time being. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
I started dropping emails submits with a niche specific pitch to all of the pages every hour or two. It was minimal work. Mostly just copy and pasting. I managed to pocket xxx,xxx that year off of these fan pages alone. I continued to do this despite getting paid again because you know, why not?
I've also been doing it on and off this year. It was far easier to make a buck with this method when I started because FB didn't make you pay a fee to get more impressions from your fans. But yeah, these fan pages got burnt out like you'd imagine. As side income, I can still bring in $150-$200 a day when needed. For having 1.5 million fans, that's nothing though.
I apologize for rambling in another thread, but we're almost to the question. I've been posting relevant content and getting the users invested in the pages again. I'm getting fresh blood with viral techniques and I see a large upswing in user participation. If you were in my shoes, what would you promote to a million and a half female fans that have seen more giveaway submits than you could imagine? The majority are 18-25 but they can range up to the age of 60. Do I go back to grabbing a couple hundred a day from these pages with submits or can I use this opportunity to monetize more efficiently?

There's a BUNCH of stuff to promo to these girls. Does Facebook allow lots of ads/ or get easily aggravated at certain niches?
You've hit them in the head 100x with free apple giveaways? Fine. Try:
- Dating (female dating leads are the highest quality and payout!)
- Weight loss (green tea, etc..)
- Real products from CommissionJunction (eat healthy type of things)
- Bizzops with a custom landing page directed to women
- Finally COUPONS!
*Don't forget to try mobile offers too. You can even start the ad with "For mobile users only:"
The hardest part for you is geo targeting!
Thanks for the suggestions! Would you consider dating to be my best bet to try out first? Now that we can target our Facebook posts based on gender, city, age, etc, dating offers sound like a great place to start.
What exactly do you mean by Facebook getting annoyed by too many ads? Like, what I'm posting to the walls?
If that's what you meant - I don't promote my posts so there's nothing that needs to be approved by FB as far as advertising offers to pre-existing fans goes. A good niche based image and a solid pitch will generally be enough to get the impressions that I'm looking for after likes and shares.
Telling them that they need to like and share to gain eligibility for said offer doesn't hurt either. 
I've posted offers every half hour before if I knew I was going to be gone the next day. I've never had any trouble spamming the daylights out of pages in a pinch! haha. I used to only leave them up for 15 minutes a piece and delete them because Facebook would rapidly deliver posts to all of your fans that were online. If it only it were that easy now. I delete any ads the next day now to keep the page looking clean as well.

Something like this would be awesome to promote on a FB page, you could do a little article on it and say you've got preorder access etc
I think dating is a great place to start.
Talk to your AM and ask for their top dating offers directed at Females. Then use the POF spy to find the angles to take when advertising men TO women.
I'm not sure of thats SPAM or not ^, but it's a fair response either way. I see workout pages like "She Squats Bro" selling tons of clothes. You'll only make more $ though combining multiple forms of advertising, and i'd bet quite a bit you'd make a lot more with Dating ads then Tshirts
