Whats the best place to buy South Africa traffic (No Facebook, No Google)?

Not sure if this is the right place and right way to ask about this but here it goes:

I am looking to target males from 20-50 from South Africa and i am gonna promote funny/sexy/crazy videos to them because i have a video website. My Question is where to advertise to get such targeted South Africa traffic?

Same problem for Australian traffic...where to get them? Whats the best place/website to buy targeted traffic for those two countries?

I am excluding Facebook as a source because my real account got banned from creating ads and google too. I dont want to deal with ton of fake accounts as this is pain in the ass and i have gone through that several times and i just want to be able to get a steady traffic with good volume.

Do you need mobile traffic, web traffic, or both?

You could try advertising on some of the big video sites other than YouTube. Vimeo and Blip.tv are both options there.

Other than that, one or other of the RTB (real-time bidding) media buy exchanges might be worth a look. Sitescout is probably the best-known, but there are lots of them out there.

I need web traffic and thanx for the answer. I will try Vimeo and Blip.tv , i also will try sitescout but i think they had a minimum of $500 to start up.

Yep, Sitescout are also definitely a more advanced traffic source. There's gold there, but it's not one I'd recommend for newer affiliates.

http://adf.ly/ used to have a decent amount last time I tested.

The best answer you get will be one you search for yourself because you'll honestly find a traffic source that isn't filled with affiliates. If your not that type of person, then here's a few
Exoclick torrent traffic
wigetmedia
search for filesharing traffic sources
etcc...
