I want to buy some proxies and they only take liberty reserve which is all done, web money, perfect money or bitcoin. I have never used any of them and was wondering what to use what would be the easiest with paypal or cc?

My best recommendation for bitcoin is NOT to buy them from MtGox. Terrible user experience last time I tried.

WebMoney is a pain in the arse. It's a Russian e-wallet. I've never been able to get it running. Bitcoin is volatile.
Why not just use a proxy provider that allow credit cards or PayPal? You're not short of options if you Google around.
