I recently got a message from my AM that the quality for a particular offer has worsened and he also sent me a SubID report from the advertiser with the "good" IDs in one sheet and the "bad" ones in another one.
Question is, how do I use this report? I am using CPV Lab, is there a way to get some kind of statistics based on the SubIDs?
What else could I do with this report in order to increase my quality?
In CPVLab, go to the "Upload Reports" function. Create 2 reports: One for your good subids and one for your bad subids.
This only shows the "target" column, so hopefully you used that for your creative IDs.
Good Subid Report Options
Select Campaign Interval: All Time (Or custom) Report Name: Good Subids from network for 10/8/2013 Take spending data from: Current Stats on site Take Converting data from: Paste Subids
Select Campaign Interval: All Time (Or custom) Report Name: Bad Subids from network for 10/8/2013 Take spending data from: Current Stats on site Take Converting data from: Paste Subids
Thanks Jasper, it was a bit of a hassle since my campaign is actually broken up into separate CPV Lab campaigns per placement. To get it to work I had to create multiple reports, one for each CPV Lab campaign, as just selecting "All Campaigns" didn't work.
Unfortunately I am using a custom token for my creative IDs, but at least now I know the number of "bad" leads per placement.
Any idea how I could get my custom token to show up in the reports? With my current setup I don't really need it (copied from back when I ran multiple placements in a single campaign), so a way to copy values from my custom token to the target column would also work.
With the way CPVLab is set up, I'm not sure if there is a way.. You could always try going into PHPMyAdmin/MySQL database and running some queries direct.
