Adult Mastermind Group - Grind to Shine (10)
Hi stackers. Some of you may have read my success post about a month ago. Thanks for all the positive feedback on that. Just a quick update I have officially left my 9-5 in the dust and taken the jump to full time affiliate. I've moved out of the fire station in the woods I used to call home, got my new place all set up in the city and finally have some time to organize a mastermind group.
Everyone talks about the benefits of mastermind group but it seems not too many people actually take the initiative to reach out and organize one. I guess it can be kind of intimidating/awkward to reach out to complete strangers on the internet. I say f**k it, there’s money to be made out here!
This will be my first time organizing a mastermind group and this will be a learning process for me. It might take a little bit of time to get the kinks worked out and the group dynamics running smoothly but if AM has taught me anything, it’s that taking action and gaining real life experience is the best teacher. Learn and adapt as you go, the most important thing is just to get started! My goal is to form a 4 person mastermind group consisting of myself and three other people.
As of now I have got to consistent 300-500$ per day earnings. I've gotten to this point by figuring everything out through trial and error by piecing together bits and pieces of whatever information I can gleam from different online sources. It was a slow and arduous process to say the least. Yes I've had some recent successes but don’t want to get complacent at this earning level. I have to keep the momentum building and snowball this to the next level.
Adult is a very competitive and cutthroat niche right now. Instead of ruthlessly cutting each other’s throats, sabotaging each other’s campaigns and cannibalizing each other’s profits why not combine forces in a tight knit, concentrated group of BAMFs. We can then focus on systematically slitting the competitions throat while lifting each other up to the next level in the process 
I’m looking for highly motivated and positive minded individuals who are currently in the 300$-800$ per day earning range whose primary focus is the Adult niche. I also want people who are full time affiliates. I usually spend 7 days a week doing this ish and I’m looking for other people who are willing to grind like a retard also.
I want to have members around similar success levels so each member has something to give as well as be able to receive from the group. The main focus of this group is going to be mastery of the adult dating niche. The most immediate goal will be getting every member to consistent 1000$ per day profit level and then beyond. The initial areas of focus will be learning larger media buys, web traffic, mobile traffic, list building/email marketing. Pop-unders, ppv, cloaking on FB and perhaps building dating review sites are also on the list. Then eventually tackling other niches and whatever else the group wants to focus on.
I want to keep this mastermind small, transparent and tight knit. The reason I want to keep it so exclusive is so we can build a greater amount of trust with each other within the group and be willing to share in explicit detail the strategies, tips, resources and tactics that we use. Essentially we will combine all of our individual strengths, make up for our weaknesses and help everyone in the group become a smarter and better affiliate in a much faster time frame than they could on their own efforts.
I don’t want anyone in the group to feel afraid to share something they know for fear that their secret will get out and their methods will become saturated. I could see this being a real issue in a larger group. Forums are great but people are only ever going to scratch the surface when it comes to their exact methods. They are never going to give you the full story; it would be stupid of them to. That’s why I want to create an atmosphere where we can feel comfortable sharing everything and rest assured that it will be kept within the group. I know the group dynamics won’t be like this right away and it will take time to build up this trust, but this level of openness is my eventual goal for the group.
As of now my plan is to have one structured mandatory meeting with an agenda once a week. The basic formula of this structured meeting will be as follows:
1. Round robin: catch up on goals from last session.
2. Hot Seat: One person gets 15-20 minutes to talk about their question/topic of the night. Then each person gives their input and advice on said question. Everyone in the group gets a turn on the hot seat.
3. Successes: Each member shares a recent success/breakthrough they have had in the last week.
4. Goal setting: Each member sets a goal they want to achieve/work on for the coming week.
Of course we can have unofficial meetings any time of the week that aren't structured, where we talk about whatever we want. But I think it’s important to have at least one structured meeting once a week to keep the group focused.
There will also be some rules and guidelines. I don’t want this group to just be a bunch of tight asses but I also want to keep some degree of order to the group. These are just some guidelines I have thought of for the time being and will be subject to change depending on what the collective group decides.
1st RULE: You do not talk about FIGHT CLUB.
2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about FIGHT CLUB.
3rd RULE: If this is your first night at FIGHT CLUB, you HAVE to fight. Haha jokes…
1.The primary motivation for creating this ongoing group are to A. set personal and professional goals to increase profits for the remainder of 2013-2014 B. support and hold each other accountable for action towards achieving these goals.
2.In order to maintain trust and confidence in the group all discussions will be treated as confidential.
3.Group will meet at least once a week in a structured discussion for 90-120 minutes.
4.All members of the group must actively contribute to the group and make progress on their goals.
5.Attendance to weekly meetings will be mandatory in order to keep the group viable and functioning as a mastermind. If you miss three weekly meetings in a row you will be removed from the group unless you advise the group within 48 hours that you are not attending.
6.If someone doesn’t fit and doesn’t leave on their own accord, they will be asked to leave. The mastermind group needs to be a cohesive and positive group.

2.What you do in the adult niche and what’s your current success level ($ /day) (Don’t have to send me exact traffic sources or offers your running or w/e. Just give a synopsis like: mobile, adult dating, self-serve platforms, and European traffic. Feel free to leave the specifics out.)
3.Timezone.
4.What is your current commitment level to AM and expanding your business?
5.What you would like to achieve by being a member?
6.What do you think you could best contribute to the mastermind?
7.Are you prepared to attend and participate at every weekly meeting?

Like I mentioned earlier, I’m only looking for three members at this time. I want to build a laser focused and cohesive group. Please don’t take it personal if I don’t think you’re a good fit for the group. Also, if you’re currently not earning anything I’m sorry but you won’t be accepted in. I’ve got respect for your grind and I hope you push through into profits but I want to keep this group mutually beneficial for everyone involved and that means having members who have relevant knowledge and experience to share. I will also keep a waiting list if anyone decides to ever leave the group for any reason, so additional spots may open in the future. Good luck and I look forward to hearing from you. Damn, this is going to be harder to choose members than I anticipated! I've gotten responses from some really cool people so far. Wont be deciding the final members until the end of the week. I plan to have the first meeting sometime early next week. I'll keep everyone updated.
