I once found a better (imo) analysis online for this sociological stuff.. forget where (it's on my external HDD).
It had one thing that has made me some coin, using Hey! - exclamation mark = happy girl, no exclamation mark = creepy person.
It had various things like this which make a difference if you want to emulate first-person speak in the ad and you're otherwise not allowed... this pretty much allows you to. 
Also check out OKCupid blog/stats if you're doing dating, it's absolute gold.
Nice! I have a big file of word frequency analysis from Cosmopolitan headlines somewhere that I've gotten some good headline ideas out of - similar idea.
In general, any time you can get hold of a big pile of linguistic data there's likely to be some gold in there.
