How do you upload pictures onto the forum?

The insert image icon in the "post new thread" window does not do anything when I choose upload from my computer. I need feedback on my latest ads and so will try to insert an image via URL.

Use TinyPic which will give you the image code specific to posting on forums.

For some reason they recently banned my IP so I use an alternative service but they're probably the easiest to use to be honest.

Yep you can use any of the free image uploaders around like imgur.com etc.

Also we have our own that use only for forum images , http://vipimg.com/ .

Both of these will give you the BB code link you can just paste into the forum.
