Cleaning e-mail Data

Hey all,

How can I go about cleaning up the e-mail data i'm scraping?

I collect around 3-4k of emails a day and 10% are either missing first names or have typoed emails/other missing data. Is there any tools out there than can help me go through this data?

Currently i'm using Excel & it still takes up 30mins+ of my time a day.

Scraping data? What is it 2002?

Sift Logic is the best data cleaning and delivery service in my opinion. It's not cheap though.

Probably the wrong wording for it! It's the SOI data i'm collecting from co-reg opt-ins. Thanks for the link!

That is VERY different from scraping. Glad to here you're not violating CAN SPAM.
